The High Court has given the green light for the auctioning of properties belonging to the Senior Presidential Economic Council advisor, Moses Kuria.
The ruling was made by Justice Aleem Visram on Monday, April 7, who determined that Kuria had failed to repay a loan he had taken years ago.
According to reports, the properties include an apartment block in Ruaka and Juja in Kiambu County.
The properties were put up for sale by an auctioneer, Garam Investment Ltd, and are set to be auctioned on Tuesday, April 8.
