Five companies, including three in Nairobi and two in Kiambu counties, have announced the auctioning of vehicles, motorcycles, and other assets.

According to a gazette notice dated April 11, the auctioneers, which include Cobbs Auctioneers, Bemac Auctioneers, Racecourse Auctioneers, Nellions Moving and Relocations Limited, and Platinum Auctioneers, will auction over 39 vehicles, motorcycles, and other household assets if they remain uncollected.

The Cobbs auctioneers said that they will dispose of a Porsche Cayenne, which is at Tito Motors, Waiyaki Way, Nairobi, through auction within 30 days.   The Bemac Auctioneers, on the other hand, alerted that it will dispose of seven uncollected vehicles lying at the Ruaraka Traffic Headquarters by way of auction if not collected within 30 days.

Cars at Mombasa Ferry Photo Mombasa Ferry The vehicles, which they indicated are in scrap condition, include a Honda, a Toyota Corolla, a Nissan Van, three Datsuns, and a Nissan Bluebird. "Further notice is given that unless the motor vehicles are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding payments for the storage and any other incidental costs incurred," it stated.   The Racecourse auctioneers also stated that if 23 motorcycles and 7 vehicles, which are at the Ruiru Police yard, remain unclaimed within 30 days, they will be auctioned.
