The Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) has flagged as fake a circulating letter claiming that the hospital was recruiting over 700 new employees.
Under the undated fake letter, the hospital was inviting applications for 735 positions across 14 departments in the hospital, which include nurses, medical and nursing assistants, IT officers, office secretaries, biomedical technicians, security guards, and storekeepers.
Other departments include cleaners, lab technicians, orthopaedic trauma technologists, emergency medical technologists, public health officers, theatre technicians, theatre nurses, and community health and development officers.
Applicants, according to the fake letter, were required to send their application together with their CV by April 20, 2025.
