An officer attached to the Presidential Escort Unit died after collapsing at the Karen Police Station on Tuesday evening.
Sergeant Daniel Kipruto Kangogo collapsed while attempting to board a Toyota Prado car that was parked at the station where he was in the company of Sergeant Ronald Rono also working under the Presidential Escort Unit.
Kipruto died on arrival at the Karen Hospital where he had been rushed.
The officer's cause of death was not immediately established.
