Five people have been shot dead in the Angata Barikoi area in Kilgoris, Narok County, over what reports suggest is a bitter feud over 6300 acres of land.
Reports indicate the individuals killed on Monday afternoon were protesting the alleged grabbing of the contested land.
Narok Senator Ledama Olekina confirmed the incident, expressing his fears over the killing of the five. ''I am deeply saddened by the reported news of the killings in Angata Barikoi.
