Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai has put on notice land cartels operating within Lodwar Municipality, pledging decisive action to protect public land and uphold lawful acquisition processes.
He said this while attending the burial of late Councillor Philiph Eyanae Lobelu, whom he eulogised as a decorated Kenya Army veteran and respected community leader.
