Ruto appoints Makau Mutua as Senior Advisor on Constitutional Affairs

President William Ruto has appointed Professor Makau Mutua as the Senior Advisor on Constitutional Affairs in the Executive Office of the President.

Ruto termed Prof Mutua, a distinguished legal scholar adding that he brings extensive experience in constitutional law, governance, and human rights to the role.  "I extend my congratulations to Prof Mutua and welcome him to a dynamic team of public servants working toward the successful implementation of the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda," Ruto said in a statement.

I have appointed Prof Makau Mutua as the Senior Advisor of Constitutional Affairs in the Executive Office of the President.
