United States-owned infrastructure management firm, Everstrong Capital, has formally submitted a full feasibility study report for the construction of the Nairobi-Mombasa Expressway.
The company announced on Monday evening that it had submitted a 2,300-page feasibility study report detailing several aspects of the highway's construction to the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA).
According to the firm, the comprehensive study outlines the technical, legal, financial, environmental, and social factors to be considered during the project implementation phase. "In a landmark moment for Kenya and African infrastructure at large, Everstrong Capital has officially submitted the full feasibility study for the 459km Usahihi Nairobi-Mombasa Expressway to the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA)," the company announced.
