Detectives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) have arrested a Lari Constituency Fund manager over allegations of obtaining employment through fraudulent means.
The anti-graft officers cornered and arrested a woman yesterday over allegations that she used fake academic documents to land the prestigious constituency job.
Investigations by the EACC detectives established that the manager used a fake Bachelor's degree from Moi University and a forged Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate from Kahuhia Girls High School.
According to the officers, during her tenure as the Lari Constituency Fund manager, the suspect managed to fraudulently earn up to Ksh2.2 million in wages.
