A Kenyan was allegedly one of the victims in an electrocution accident in a prestigious school in England.
Three students, including the Kenyan, were seriously injured and required surgery after being shocked by a cable near one of the school's boarding houses in the incident that happened over the weekend but only came to light recently.
On Saturday evening, responders from emergency services, including an air ambulance crew, a hazardous material unit, firefighters, and police officers, hurried to aid the pupils, who were subsequently hospitalized.
The three boys suffered severe burns, requiring surgery. The school's spokesperson said: "Three students were involved in an isolated accident on Saturday evening where they sustained serious injuries from contact with overhead electrical cables.
