A businesswoman from Embu Town is crying for justice after she was allegedly assaulted by her estranged husband at her place of work on Saturday, May 3.
The incident that took place at around 11 am, left Irene Karimoni who runs an Mpesa and Stationery Shop within Embu Town CBD nursing a broken arm, bruised face and three cracked teeth from the attack.
The unfolding drama was captured on CCTV camera that the mother of a two-year-old girl is banking on to prove her case against the suspect whom she said has been terrorizing her since they parted ways before court two years ago.
Her pursuit for justice has however not borne fruit for the numerous incidents the accused has abused her both at home and in the workplace and issued her death threats.
