At least 21 Members of Parliament have called for respect for President William Ruto in light of growing public criticism of his administration's failures.
Speaking in Nyandarua County yesterday, the lawmakers accused the Rigathi Gachagua-led opposition of spreading falsehoods about the government.
Led by Nyandarua Woman MP Faith Gitau, the MPs praised the government for fulfilling many of its promises over the last two years.
They highlighted achievements in areas such as road construction, education, electricity distribution, and efficient healthcare services. "Everyone can see for themselves these projects.
