Her shop, which previously relied on walk-in customers, saw a decline in sales as consumers preferred transacting on the social media platforms. "I realized that I couldn't wait for customers to come to me but I had to go to them," said Nabwire. "I began promoting my products on social media platforms, especially Facebook marketplace, and started offering home deliveries.
