Journalist Smriti Vidyarthi has landed a new job at The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in Africa, months after quitting the Nation Media Group (NMG).
In a brief clip shared by the former NTV news anchor on Thursday, 22 May, Vidyarthi announced that she had been appointed as TNC's Executive Communications Officer for Africa.
The Nature Conservancy is a United States-based global non-profit environmental organisation dedicated to conserving land and water on behalf of humanity.
During the announcement, the vocal journalist expressed her enthusiasm and excitement to join the organisation, adding that she could not wait to tell stories and educate Africans about environmental conservation.
