Murang'a County's Kanyenyaini Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA), Grace Nduta, has reportedly been apprehended in connection with the alleged capture of Juja Member of Parliament (MP) George Koimburi.
Nduta was reportedly apprehended by detectives and taken to a post in Gatanga, with authorities considering her a person of interest in the saga involving the Koimburi's disappearance.
However, the whereabouts of the MCA alias City are unknown.
News of Nduta's alleged apprehension came to light on the afternoon of Thursday, May 29, after Muranga County Governor Irungu Kang'ata took to X, formerly Twitter, to claim that unknown persons had taken the MCA.
