Three governors could soon be arraigned in court if the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) adopts investigations report of the anti-graft body, it has emerged.
The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) yesterday said files for the three sitting and one former county bosses have been presented to the DPP for review.
EACC Chief Executive Abdi Mohamud said that the DPP will review and give directions on the prosecutions.
DPP Renson Igonga, however, did not comment on the EACC report.
