Questionable killings continue to be reported in the country, the most recent incident being reported in Soin Ward, Rongai, Nakuru County.
The residents are still reeling in shock following a Sunday morning discovery of two bodies of men, victims of gruesome torture, dumped on a road on the border of Nakuru and Baringo counties.
Soin Ward representative Degaulle Naburuki, who condemned the incident, said that the bodies were fresh and the victims had been tortured to death. "The two people appeared to have been killed at night, and their bodies left there.
The scene was on a road leading to sisal farms where very few people pass," said Naburuki.
