The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has launched an investigation after a deadly shooting that left three people dead and several others severely injured in Lolkuruk Village, Angama Mara, Narok County.
On Thursday, June 5, a battalion of police officers reportedly opened fire on civilians for allegedly invading private property within the Angama Conservancy.
The residents then faced off with the police officers over the land tussle.
While trying to block and calm the situation, the police opened fire, leading to three deaths and several injuries.
