Users of the popular AI chatbot ChatGPT have reported a global outage, revealing that they have been receiving different error messages when attempting to use the service.
A spot check has shown messages such as "Error in message stream", "too many concurrent requests", and "Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong" as just a few of the most popular responses being received by users after prompting the chatbot.
OpenAI, the chatbot's developer, has also seemingly been made aware of the outage in its services, relaying a message on its status page that the error that it had received several reports of latency. "Some users are experiencing elevated error rates and latency across listed services.
We are investigating," the statement read.
