The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has announced that all government institutions will be allowed to make bulk payments for various services to the Authority on the eCitizen platform through the e-Agent account.

An e-Agent account on eCitizen refers to a special type of account that allows individuals to access and manage specific government services on behalf of others.

In a notice on Wednesday, June 11, the Authority stated that the institutions will be required to draft a letter to the NTSA's Director General, George Njau, to be permitted to use this procedure for their payments.

According to the Authority, the letter must include personal details such as the ID number, mobile number, and email address of the e-Agent, as well as details of the institution, including its official email and phone number.
