The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has clarified allegations that it helped law enforcers track down the late Albert Ojwang.
In a statement released on Wednesday, June 11, the Authority denied the claims circulating on social media, stating that the allegations are misleading.
CA affirmed that it did not provide any data and distanced itself from any involvement in the case. "We note with grave concern the misleading claims on social media platforms alleging the CA provided data on the whereabouts of the deceased to law enforcement.
