Kenyans can now file their 'Nil returns' through eCitizen, the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has revealed.
This marks a major shift by the authority as it seeks to simplify tax compliance among Kenyans, with the June 30 deadline fast approaching.
The taxman is exploring more ways to offer taxpayers a simpler and more accessible way to meet their tax obligations. "You can now file NIL returns on eCitizen; filing taxes has never been this easy.
Use this and escape the commotion," the statement read in part.
