One person is feared dead and several others injured following a tragic head-on collision on the Meru-Embu highway this Saturday morning.
The incident involved a General Service Unit (GSU) truck and a Meru-bound public service vehicle in the Kiracha area.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage to their front sections, indicative of the high impact of the crash. According to reports by eyewitnesses, the truck veered into the matatu's lane at high speed, causing a violent head-on collision.
