In the wake of Wednesday's protests that left major towns across the country devastated, the Murang'a Youth Service (MYS) has stepped up efforts to restore order and cleanliness in Murang'a town.
The youth, employed under an initiative launched by Murang'a County Governor Dr.
Irungu Kang'ata, have been working diligently to clear streets that were obstructed during the protests.
MYS supervisor Eric Macharia highlighted the program's commitment to efficiency and community impact, noting that over the past few days, MYS teams have been clearing roads, collecting debris, and rehabilitating public spaces across the town. "Since this is a county-sponsored program, we respond to cleaning requests immediately.
