Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has taken a swipe at National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula after he was ejected from parliament.
The lawmaker was on Tuesday afternoon ordered by Wetangula to leave the parliament chamber for improper dressing.
This is after he was spotted dressed in an advocate's attire.
