The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has urged registered voters to verify their details ahead of the 2027 General Elections after upgrading the system.
In a notice on July 8, the commission revealed that the voter verification portal downtime, which was reported on June 6, had already lapsed, and Kenyans could go ahead and utilise the updated system. "The Voter Verification Portal is back up and running!
