Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi has appointed former Kibwezi MP Philip Kiloki to the leadership of the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) Board, replacing Nelson Havi.
Kiloki, who was also the running mate to Polycarp Igathe in the Nairobi Gubernatorial seat, took up the role effective July 30, 2025.
His appointment was gazetted in an official notice. ''IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Section 6(1) of the Retirement Benefits Act, the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury appoints, Under paragraph (a), Prof.
Philip Kaloki to be the chairperson of the board of the retirement benefits authority, for a period of three years, with effect from July 30 2025,'' the notice read in part.
