Craving some good curry but you want to make it healthy? What you will need: 1 capon, cut into 8 pieces 1 onion, sliced 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 lime juice 2 tablespoons tamarind paste 1/2 cup plain yoghurt 2 tablespoons oil 1 bunch of curry leaves (limru) Salt to taste What to do: In a hot pan, add the oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Add the garlic paste, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
Sauté until fragrant.
Add the lime juice, tamarind and yoghurt and mix well to coat the flavour.
