Chuka/Igambang'ombe Member of Parliament Patrick Munene has alleviated the burden for students enrolling into Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges by covering the recruitment fees through the National Government Constituency Development Fund.

Speaking during a TVETs and KMTC recruitment event held at Chuka Picnic grounds, Munene further undertook to open a dedicated desk in his office to assist with the recruitment process, reflecting his unwavering support for education.

Present during the event was the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) CEO Dr. Mercy Wahome who emphasized the importance of joint efforts to bolster TVET programs.
