Detectives attached to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested three suspects for drug trafficking after they were found in possession of six sacks of bhang in Kaloleni, Kilifi County, on Thursday, March 13.
According to a DCI report, the detectives raided a house in Birya Village, Kaloleni Sub-County, where they apprehended the suspects with the drugs.
The detectives stated that the bhang was reportedly being transported to Bamburi before the police intercepted the operation. "The raid uncovered six sacks stuffed with cannabis sativa, believed to be en route to Bamburi before the interception thwarted the plans," said DCI.
