The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced that it will open the university application portal next week.
KUCCPS Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Agnes Wahome, during an interview with Nation on Wednesday, March 19, said that all students who qualified to join the university and applied will get placement.
According to Wahome, the placement service had already received the approved capacities from universities, allowing candidates who qualified for university slots to start their applications. "This week, we received the approved capacities from universities.
They have declared capacities of about 300,000, so you can see that it's more than the students who qualified for admission," Wahome said.
