Hours after the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) suspended Super Metro's licence, a section of Kenyans, have raised concerns about the alleged defiance by the popular bus company.

Kenyans on Thursday, March 20, took to social media to sound alarm about the continued operation of Super Metro minibuses on some of the major highways within Nairobi city.

In particular, a Super Metro minibus full of passengers was spotted plying along the Thika Super Highway while another was recorded en route to Mombasa Road.

The move comes despite NTSA cautioning Kenyans against using the company vehicle with traffic police officers directed to impound any found operating.
