In a statement on his official X account on Saturday, March 22, INJECT Party leader Morara Kebaso slammed the former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua over what he termed 'tribal-driven politics'.
Morara, who referenced a video of the former DP in Machakos, criticised Gachagua's resolute focus on Mt Kenya's politics, saying that this will continue fueling poor leadership and disunity in the country.
In the video, which Morara shared on his account, Gachagua claimed that Mt Kenya has the potential to remain in government for the next 100 years.
Gachagua further claimed that the leaders from the region will also fly high in the next general election in Nairobi County.
