Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka disclosed on Saturday afternoon that he had sent a letter to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga calling for the seamless implementation of the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report.

Speaking during a wedding ceremony in Limuru, Kiambu County, Kalonzo expressed fears that Odinga's recent pact with President William Ruto could negatively influence the reconstitution of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

According to the Azimio principal, while the shorting of candidates for the IEBC positions was complete, there was a need for transparency and fairness in the process of selecting the commissioners. "We are waiting for the opportune time, the panel selecting the commissioners must nominate people evenly.

When we were deliberating on the NADCO report with Kikuyu MP, I called for consultation and concurrence," Kalonzo said.
