The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has reported that a football fan lost his vehicle to robbers during the Gabon-Kenya match on Sunday, March 24.
In a statement, the DCI noted that the fan packed his vehicle by the roadside along Kiasuni Road and walked into the Nyayo Stadium to watch the Harambee Stars match at around 3.40 pm.
However, on walking out of the stadium at around 7 pm, he found his silver Toyota IST missing and subsequently reported the matter to Akila Police Station in Lang'ata.
The DCI officers at the Lang'ata Police Station promptly launched an investigation to find the vehicle and it has already been circulated as missing.
