Asumbi Girls School basketball team has expressed confidence of winning this year's Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) national ball games.
The team beat Ng'iya Girls 47-40 in the Nyanza regional finals held at St Joseph's Rapogi Boys.
This year's KSSSA national ball games will be held from April 7, 2025, at Shanzu Teachers College in Mombasa County.
Asumbi Girls basketball team captain Ryan Bahati said they were optimistic they will become the champion this year following the intense training they have been undertaking.
