Popular car dealer Khalif Kairo was arrested again on Tuesday, March 25, with fresh charges leveled against him.
Kairo was arrested at the Milimani Law Courts shortly after three other ongoing cases in which he is accused of conning clients were mentioned.
This time, Kairo was arrested over fresh allegations of fraud.
He was accused of taking full payment from a client for a BMW but failed to deliver the vehicle. Footage seen online showed Kairo clad in a dark grey suit in handcuffs but still maintaining high spirits with the car dealer surrounded by individuals believed to be police officers.
