The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has outlined the payment procedure for candidates seeking to apply for degrees and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) courses.
The announcement was made on Wednesday, April 2, five days after the placement service formally opened its application portal for the 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) cohort. KUCCPS had in its previous announcement stated that the application portal would remain open for three weeks, with the application window closing on April 21, 2025.
However, some of the candidates have since expressed challenges in making the payments, with others reporting that the payments did not reflect on the application portal.
To resolve the menace, KUCCPS went ahead to publish the payment procedure to help ease the process of application.
