The national government has taken over the completion of J.M.
Kariuki Hospital, which was stalled at 48% completion due to a lack of funds from Nyandarua County.
President William Ruto, currently on a development tour of the Mt Kenya counties, announced that the hospital will be completed by the end of the year.
An additional Sh800 million is required for its completion.
