The Kenya Prisons Services (KPS) has announced a nationwide mass recruitment exercise for constables slated for Wednesday, April 30 and for Professional Cadet Officers, Technicians, and Artisans to be made online.
In a notice published in the local dailies on Monday, April 7, the service reported that the exercise would be carried out across all the counties in the country. "The Kenya Prisons Service wishes to announce to the public that there will be a recruitment exercise of PrisonsConstables (Male & female) on 30th April 2025," part of the statement read.
Professional cadet officer applicants should hold a relevant undergraduate degree from a recognized institution of higher learning, while technician applicants should have a relevant certificate/diploma from a recognised institution and be registered with the relevant bodies where applicable.
