What you will need: 1 spring chicken, cut into 8 pieces 1 teaspoon dried mint 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 teaspoon paprika 1 onion, diced 2 chicken bouillon cubes Juice of 2 limes 100g tomato paste 2 tablespoons oil 2 teaspoons brown sugar 1/4 cup water Salt to taste What to do: Wash the chicken well and marinate it with lime juice, garlic, ginger and salt.
