Lodwar County Referral Hospital (LCRH) has inaugurated a new hospital management board to enhance efficiency in the delivery of quality healthcare services.

The eight-member board is tasked with providing oversight by monitoring performance, with a focus on governance, accountability, and addressing community health needs.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, County Executive Committee Member for Health and Sanitation, Dr Joseph Epem, urged the board and the hospital administration to deliver accessible, quality healthcare to all county residents. "I want to implore the board to adopt cost-effective solutions to avoid overspending and ensure that operations run smoothly," he said.
