Felix Koskei, presided over the Recognition of Service Luncheon held in honour of 24 retired officers from the Executive Office of the President.
The colorful ceremony took place at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) and was adorned with vibrant Easter-themed décor, symbolizing renewal and celebration.
