The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has invited Kenyans to express their views on the new proposed regulations aimed at enhancing its operations.

KeNHA Director General Kung'u Ndung'u, in a notice dated Tuesday, February, April 22, announced the introduction of the Kenya Roads (Kenya National Highways Authority) Regulations, 2025.

In his announcement, Ndung'u noted that the regulations, which are yet to become a law, were introduced after comprehensive consultations between the Authority and the Ministry of Roads and Transport.

The KeNHA boss disclosed that the proposed laws were meant to support the Authority to deliver on its mandate of managing National Trunk roads in the country.
