A delegation from Guangdong, China, led by the Chinese Ambassador to Kenya Guyo Haiyan, on Tuesday paid a courtesy call to the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services Principal Secretary (PS) Dr.
Belio Kipsang at his office at Nyayo House in Nairobi.
During the discussion, Dr.
Kipsang said the government seeks to collaborate with China on areas such as technology, culture, and education.
