The Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) has announced that there will be traffic disruptions on a section of Nairobi-bound lanes at a section of Mombasa Road on Sunday and Monday due to maintenance.

In a statement on Wednesday, April 30, KENHA Director General Kungu Ndungu said that the lanes that are at the Mombasa road (A8) near Katani Road Junction will experience traffic disruption on  Sunday, May 4, from 9pm to Monday, May 5, 4am.

During this time, according to Ndungu, the authority will be installing the remaining fabricated footbridge beams in the section.

Motorists have been urged to adhere to the directives that will be given by the traffic marshals who will be present on site.
