The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has revealed a step-by-step process that Kenyans can follow to apply for a replacement certificate.
Replacement of an academic certificate can come in handy, especially when one loses the original or if it gets damaged.
According to the Council, the process to apply for a replacement has gone fully digital, offering more convenience.
To kick-start the process, one is required to visit the KNEC portal () and register an account, after which login credentials will be sent to the applicant's email.
