A teacher at Mikindani Primary School in Jomvu has died following a tragic road accident that occurred on Thursday evening in Mombasa County.
The teacher, who was accompanying students, died in the accident at the Maasai area along the Taita Taveta-Mombasa highway.
Following the unfortunate accident, two students were left with severe injuries while 10 others suffered minor injuries.
The students were on their way to Kenyatta High School for their regional music festivals.
