Traders will not be able to access the Kenya Revenue Authority's (KRA) Integrated Customs Management System (iCMS) after the taxman announced that it will be conducting its scheduled maintenance.
The maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, July 13, and is set to temporarily shut down its major operations.
The upgrade is aimed at improving the system's performance and efficiency.
In an official notice dated Saturday, June 12, KRA apologized for any inconvenience the temporary disruption would cause. "Please be advised that there will be a scheduled maintenance of iCMS from Sunday, July 13, 04:00 am to Sunday, July 13, 2025, 10.00 am.
