Kenyans have been urged to shun politicians inciting violence, looting, and the destruction of property.
Speaking Friday in Matayos Constituency, Busia, during a Women's Economic Empowerment Program, Deputy President Kithure Kindiki cautioned youth against being misled by self-serving leaders.
He said that despite the country's challenges, lawlessness is not a solution. "Thank you, Busia, for keeping the peace and maintaining law and order.
I commend you for that," he said, noting that while many counties experienced chaos during recent nationwide protests, Busia remained calm.
